MLS PIN has introduced the following new forms that may be helpful for MLS PIN customers: Buyer Broker Services Agreement Form, Exclusive Lease Rental Listing Agreement Form, Exclusive Sale and Listing Agreement Addendum, Exclusive Sale and Listing Agreement Compensation Certification Addendum, Exclusive Sale and Listing Agreement Form, Offer to Purchase Real Estate Form, Private Well Rider to Purchase and Sale Agreement, Seller Disclosure Statement Form, Standard Form Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement, and Title 5 Rider to Purchase and Sale Agreement. Please note that these new forms provide additional options for subscribers; you are not required to use our forms. You should speak with your legal counsel if you have any questions about these or any other contract forms.
