Melissa Lindberg
As chief strategy and partnership officer for MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN), Melissa provides leadership, management, and tactical execution while focusing on MLS PIN’s strategic initiatives and opportunities in alignment with the corporation’s goals for outreach and growth. Her responsibilities include stakeholder relations, business development, broker resources, marketing and communication, product user interface, data services, customer success and education, and the effective roll-out and adoption of company initiatives. She directs and shapes MLS PIN’s brand, identity, and positioning.
Melissa has attained the CMLX3 Industry Leadership designation from the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS). She served on the CMLS Participant Data Access Workgroup, and her additional CMLS leadership includes serving on the CMLS Marketing Committee and the CMLS Conference Committee and co-chairing the CMLS Marketing and Communications Section Council for two years. Most recently, she was appointed to the 2024 CMLS Best Practices Council. Her involvement with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) includes serving on the 2020 NAR Executive Institute Advisory Board and most recently being appointed to the 2023 and 2024 NAR Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee. She served three years on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Special Events Task Force, having previously served on the MAR Consumer Awareness Task Force. She holds a BS in business administration from Becker College and is a member of the Shepherd Hill Music Parents Music Association.
