Erminio Grasso

Erm Grasso is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN), the largest multiple listing service in New England and one of the largest in the nation. Since assuming the role in 2022 during a period of significant industry legal and structural change, he has guided MLS PIN with strong leadership, proactive decision-making, and a commitment to technology, innovation, and service excellence. With more than 22 years of experience in real estate sales and operations, including 18 years at Coldwell Banker Realty as Regional Vice President of the Boston region, Grasso brings a broker’s perspective that enhances MLS PIN’s focus on the customer and the broker experience. Under his leadership, MLS PIN continues to stay at the forefront of technology and stakeholder satisfaction. Recognized for his vision and dedication to advancing the industry, Grasso was named to the Swanepoel Power 200 list of real estate’s most influential leaders in 2024 and featured on the cover of MLS-PropTech Digest in 2025. A native New Englander and graduate of Merrimack College, he remains focused on positioning MLS PIN for continued success today and in the future.
