While the Mortgage Date and Mortgage Amount can give you an idea of how much the owner(s) may still owe, seeing the Discharge Date leaves no doubt that the mortgage is history. In addition to the mortgage discharge data, other recent Public Records enhancements include Assessment History and MLS Property History, along with radius searching and interactive mapping.
