Erminio Grasso, MLS PIN President and CEO, Named to Swanepoel Power 200

January 10, 2024

(Shrewsbury, MA, January 2024) MLS Property Information Network, Inc. (MLS PIN) CEO Erminio Grasso has been recognized as one of the nation’s most powerful leaders in real estate by his inclusion in the annual Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) list.

This is Erm’s first appearance on the list. Erm is one of just 200 leaders recognized this year for their accomplishments and significance in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Criteria for inclusion in the Swanepoel Power 200 include the decision- making power of the individual’s position and the size, financial resources, and overall significance of the organization in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Other criteria include large initiatives the individual led or was a major contributor to, leadership activities, and more.

Erm joined MLS PIN in 2022 as CEO, replacing long-serving CEO Kathy Condon, who retired that year. He brought to MLS PIN an experienced broker’s perspective, having worked for 18 years at Coldwell Banker Realty, most recently as Regional Vice President of the Boston Region, managing 15 offices and over 1,500 sales associates. A lifetime New Englander, Erm graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover with a Bachelor of Science degree.

“We’re incredibly proud and moved to have our new CEO included on this prestigious list,” said MLS PIN Chief Strategy and Partnership Officer Melissa Lindberg. “Erm’s leadership and management style have steered our company well through some industry challenges over the past few years and have proved beneficial to our customers and the residential real estate brokerage industry at large.”

 About the Swanepoel Power 200

The Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) is the definitive ranking of residential real estate’s top leaders, produced and published annually by the Swanepoel T3 Group. To produce the report each year, they invest over 400 hours of research, hold countless internal debates, perform a deep analysis of numbers and organizational charts, and candidly question what power actually means. Leaders are evaluated based on the office they hold, the decision-making power associated with their office, the financial resources at their disposal, their organization’s industry significance and geographical reach, public announcements about imminent changes, their tenure, and their personal influence in the industry.
