This can be done in a number of ways, including using CubiCasa to generate quick, free floor plans . Once you have a floor plan, you can use Pinergy’s Photo Manager to upload it as a listing photo (and label it "Floor Plan"), provided it’s in a supported image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, or BMP). You can upload it as an attached “Floor Plan” document if it’s in a Word, Excel, PDF, or TIF file. CubiCasa’s free floor plans are available as JPG, PNG, and PDF files for these two options. If your floor plan meets the required criteria, you may also attach it as a virtual tour. One example is the interactive CubiCasa Tour, available at a discount for MLS PIN customers.
