Listings that include one or more floor plans in the photo gallery now display a floor plan icon, making them easy to identify at a glance. When it comes to parking, getting the full picture matters. Pinergy’s Full Report, Public Report, Public Report-Brief, and Thumbnail Report have been updated to display garage spaces and total parking spaces . In the past, these reports showed garage spaces and other parking spaces separately. This change brings classic listing views in line with other areas of Pinergy, making parking information more consistent and easier to understand. A small change that makes parking data a little easier to read and a lot easier to compare.

Buyers value floor plans when viewing properties online — but how do you add one to your listing in Pinergy? First, you need to create the floor plan. This can be done in a number of ways, including using CubiCasa to generate quick, free floor plans . Once you have a floor plan, you can use Pinergy’s Photo Manager to upload it as a listing photo (and label it "Floor Plan"), provided it’s in a supported image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, or BMP). You can upload it as an attached “Floor Plan” document if it’s in a Word, Excel, PDF, or TIF file. CubiCasa’s free floor plans are available as JPG, PNG, and PDF files for these two options. If your floor plan meets the required criteria, you may also attach it as a virtual tour. One example is the interactive CubiCasa Tour, available at a discount for MLS PIN customers. Give buyers the information they’re looking for and enhance your listings with one or more floor plans using CubiCasa.
