As MLS PIN says goodbye to a busy 2023, we’d like to remind you of the updates we released this year to modernize and upgrade features you rely on in Pinergy. The latest Pinergy modules to get the “responsive” treatment (to work nearly identically on phones, tablets, and desktops) include Property History, the new Hot Sheets module, Public Records, and most recently, Agent/Office Rosters. In many cases, we added new features to go along with the responsive design! We also released other, brand-new Pinergy advancements this year, like the Power Search bar on every Pinergy page, a Search page dropdown menu of your ten most recent searches, and the ability to make your Search and Search Results map views full-screen. Finally, we partnered with the social media advertising service Boost, which you can access from Pinergy’s Tools, Quick Links, and Listings Manager. Have you had a chance to check out Pinergy’s new Home page on your mobile phone? We’ve made exciting changes we think you’ll appreciate. The new Home page has been designed exclusively for mobile phones, with optimized functionality like a new Quick Search and large menu tiles that can be easily rearranged to your liking. To reposition a tile, simply grab the icon in the upper-left corner of a tile and drag the tile to where you want it to be. The hamburger menu has been updated as well, providing you with consistent navigation options that are not affected by your tile arrangements. If you’re not quite ready to dive into the new Home page, you can navigate to the bottom of the hamburger menu and select “Use Responsive Home Page” to return to your familiar Home page. Select “Use Mobile Home Page” when you’re ready to switch back.

As part of our mission to provide innovative technology to our subscribers, we’ve just released a new tool to help you streamline the listing input process! With the power of AI photo analysis, you can now create listings using the new Restb.ai “AI Generate” button in Pinergy’s Listings. Clicking it allows Restb.ai to analyze listing photos to identify what rooms are present, what interior and exterior features exist, what materials are used, and more. Restb.ai labels the photos and selects identified features in the listing input form automatically, needing only manual verification once complete. In phase 2, you also will be able to add AI-generated human-like public remarks based on your photos and listing data, saving you both time and effort. We’re confident Restb.ai’s AI technology will save agents and admins countless hours of listing input and will result in greater listing accuracy!
