Streamline Office Management with Pinergy’s New “Drop Subscriber” Feature

Participants and managers, you can now use Pinergy’s Office Management tool to drop agents and personal assistants from your office roster. The process is simple: navigate to Pinergy’s Tools|Office Management, select the office ID, then select the blue and red Drop Subscriber icon on an eligible subscriber (note: participants, managers, admins, and team IDs cannot be dropped through this function). Confirm and submit the drop request, and within 10 minutes, the subscriber will no longer be associated with that office. We hope this feature will streamline office management in Pinergy. Pinergy now automatically tracks which listings you view, making it quick and easy to recall previously viewed listings without having to search for them again. Simply select “Recent Views” in Pinergy’s navigation to see a summary report showing up to 1,000 listings that you most recently viewed. We’ve added a new 1-Line w/Date Viewed summary view, and you can use the Date Viewed field for sorting any summary view or customizing any line view for yourself.

Pinergy’s single-family listings now include a required yes/no field, Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), so be sure to update your listings accordingly. As more listings make use of this new field, it will be easier to identify properties that include an ADU. To search for these properties, navigate to the Advanced Criteria section, select “ Accessory Dwelling Unit ,” then check the “ Yes ” box. In Pinergy’s Market Reports, scroll down to the Advanced Criteria section, select “ Accessory Dwelling Unit ,” enter “ Y ,” then click the Add button. Pinergy’s line views can display and sort by Accessory Dwelling Unit, and the new field appears in listing detail reports on Pinergy, IDX, and VOW. We’ve added another time-saving improvement to Pinergy! The Photo Summary view for single-family, condominium, mobile home, and residential rental listings now includes a complete list of all rooms specified in each listing. This list appears just before the public remarks, allowing you to quickly see which rooms are included—without having to view separate detail reports for each listing in your search results. It’s a simple way to spot listings that feature a den, home office, loft, or other special rooms right from your search results.
