The makers of Homesnap Pro are serious about their upgrades, and they’ve just announced a big one that is coming soon.
Their map searches will soon feature a “Likelihood to List” score, along with heat maps visualizing MLS statuses, equity, and more. You’ll be able to access homeowner profiles and contact information as well as unified property history that combines MLS data and public records.
There’ll be improved search filters and improved building searches like searching by unit number and the ability to browse all units.
