Reciprocal Submission

A member of the Cape Cod & Islands MLS, Rhode Island’s State-Wide MLS, or the Berkshire County MLS may submit a reciprocal listing to MLS PIN.

  • The cost is $30.00
  • If a Rhode Island member, the agent must hold an active and current Massachusetts real estate license
  • The agent’s association/board of REALTORS® should be contacted for submission instructions
  • The association/board will help to complete the required documentation. When it’s complete, the association/board will send it to MLS PIN’s Customer Care department who will input it into our MLS system (Pinergy)

An MLS PIN Subscriber may submit a reciprocal listing to the Cape Cod & Islands MLS, Rhode Island’s State-Wide MLS, or the Berkshire County MLS if the following requirements are met.

For Cape Cod

  • The cost is $30.00
  • The agent must be affiliated with a REALTOR® broker
  • The agent must be a Subscriber in good standing with MLS PIN
  • The listing also must be in our MLS system (Pinergy)

For Rhode Island

  • The cost is $30.00
  • The agent must be a Subscriber in good standing with MLS PIN
  • The agent and the Participant of the office each must hold an active and current Rhode Island real estate license
  • The listing also must be in our MLS system (Pinergy)

For Berkshire County

  • The cost is $30.00
  • The agent must be a Subscriber in good standing with MLS PIN
  • The listing also must be in our MLS system (Pinergy)

Below are the detailed procedures for submitting reciprocal listings to the Cape Cod & Islands MLS, Rhode Island's State-Wide MLS, and the Berkshire County MLS.

For Cape Cod

Submit the completed listing input form along with items 1 through 7 listed below. (Please note: the most up-to-date CCIAOR [Cape Cod & Island Association of REALTORS®] listing input forms can be emailed or faxed to you by contacting MLS PIN at 800-695-3000, option 1. If you are submitting a Residential listing, you must input it online by using this link. This applies to Residential properties only. For all other property types, you must print out and complete the appropriate listing input form.)

  1. The completed Cape Cod & Islands MLS Reciprocal Listing Form. (Please note: Signature of Representative and Date are reserved for MLS PIN’s use and should not be filled in by the listing agent or broker.)
  2. Your business card or a copy of your business card.
  3. A letter of good standing from your Association of REALTORS®. (Please note: if you are not a REALTOR®, you will not be able to submit a listing to CCIAOR.)
  4. A photo of the property (up to 100 photos are allowed, under 2MB per photo and can be emailed to photos@cciaor.com).
  5. A Full Report of the listing from Pinergy. (Please note: the listing must be posted to Pinergy before being submitted to CCIAOR.)
  6. A copy of your listing contract signed by the listing agent as well as the seller(s).
  7. A check in the amount of $30.00 made payable to CCIAOR. You also have the option to make this payment online.
  8. Lead Paint Disclosure on residential and multi-family listings should the property have been built prior to 1978. Property Transfer Lead Paint Notification

If you will be making your payment by check, mail all the required documentation to MLS PIN, 904 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury MA 01545, ATTN: Customer Care Department. If you will be making your payment by credit card to CCIAOR (using the link above), you have the option to email the package to support@mlspin.com.

MLS Property Information Network will verify that all required documentation has been included, verify your status with our service, sign off on the Foreign Listing Submission Form, and then forward your listing to CCIAOR.

For Rhode Island

Submit the completed listing input form along with items 1 through 5 listed below. (Please note: the listing input forms can be downloaded by using this link. Be sure to fill in all required fields before submitting to MLS PIN.)

  1. The completed State-Wide MLS Reciprocal Listing Form. (Please note: Signature of Representative and Date are reserved for MLS PIN’s use and should not be filled in by the listing agent or broker.)
  2. Your business card.
  3. A photo of the property. The photo may be emailed to photos@rirealtors.org.
  4. A copy of your Massachusetts listing contract signed by the listing agent as well as the seller(s).
  5. A check in the amount of $30.00 made payable to State-Wide MLS. You also have the option of contacting their office directly at 401-785-9898 to make your payment by credit card.

If you will be making your payment by check, mail all the required documentation to: MLS PIN, 904 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury MA 01545, ATTN: Customer Care. If you will be making your payment by credit card to State-Wide MLS, you have the option to email the package to support@mlspin.com.

MLS Property Information Network will verify that all required documentation has been included, verify your status with our service, sign off on the Foreign Listing Submission Form, and then forward your listing to State-Wide MLS.

For Berkshire County MLS

Submit items 1 through 5 listed below.

  1. The completed Berkshire MLS Reciprocal Listing Form. (Please note: Signature of Representative and Date are reserved for MLS PIN’s use and should not be filled in by the listing agent or broker.)
  2. A copy of your listing contract signed by the listing agent as well as the seller(s).
  3. A copy of the signature page of the Lead Paint Disclosure form (for homes built before 1978).
  4. A check in the amount of $30.00 made payable to Berkshire County MLS or a credit card payment that was called in to 413-442-8049, ext.12, with date and confirmation provided on the Foreign Listing Submission Form.

If you will be making your payment by check, mail all the required documentation to: MLS PIN, 904 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury MA 01545, ATTN: Customer Care. If you will be making your payment by credit card to Berkshire County MLS, you have the option to email the package to support@mlspin.com.

MLS Property Information Network will verify that all required documentation has been included, verify your status with our service, sign off on the Foreign Listing Submission Form, and then forward your listing to Berkshire County MLS.

After submission of the above items to Berkshire County MLS, Berkshire will send you a link via email and provide you with login information to their MLS system so you can enter the required property details, including your syndication wishes, property photos, additional documents, and/or virtual tours or videos.
