Lori was hired in 1994 as the Secretary of Bay State MLS. She was instrumental in developing the membership structure for MLS PIN, and in 2001, following the merger of Bay State MLS and MLS-1, Lori was promoted to Director of Membership. In 2018, she was promoted to Sr. Director, Customer Care, a unified department that combines all inbound customer calls for Membership, Customer Support, and Technical Support into a centralized call center where they are handled according to tiered levels of support needs.

Today, Lori oversees customer requests for joining the service, subscription changes, customer service, technical support, and Supra lockbox services. She ensures that all incoming requests are administered and processed accurately and efficiently, striving for complete customer satisfaction with exceptional problem-solving abilities and cross-training skills.

Lori was inducted into the Council of Multiple Listing Service’s CMLX Level One – Professional inaugural class and earned the CMLX2 designation. She holds a BS degree in Business Management from Becker College where she graduated summa cum laude.
