Leo has more than 30 years’ experience in the accounting and finance field. Prior to joining MLS PIN as Controller in 2000, he was Controller at Sentinel & Enterprise. In 2007, Leo was promoted to MLS PIN’s CFO.
Leo oversees all of the corporation’s finances, including cash management, financial statements, budget, and day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Under his financial guidance, the corporation continues to have record collections, successful audits, and annual shareholder dividends. In 2011, Leo’s team helped to implement a paperless billing system through Invoice Cloud that resulted in a smoother billing process and increased customer satisfaction.
Leo holds an MBA from Assumption College and is a graduate of Bryant University. Leo is also a member of the Conference of MLS Accountants and a notary public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
