Kathy Condon

Kathy has been in the Association and MLS industry for over 35 years beginning with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (MLS-1) until it was sold to MLS PIN, in 1998. Kathy was then hired as Director of Operations and soon given the title of CEO. Her responsibilities include overseeing MLS PIN operations in its entirety and for ensuring communications to the MLS PIN Shareholders and Board of Directors. Under Kathy’s guidance, the service’s customer base has grown from 11,000 to over 36,000 licensed real estate professionals in New England, with MLS PIN becoming one of the largest MLS’ in the nation and a leader in the industry.

Kathy holds a number of NAR certifications and two GBREB Board of Directors service awards. In 1996, she was awarded the NAR Omega Tau Rho medal for outstanding service. Kathy served as Vice Chairman and then Chairman of the National FNIS Users Group from 1999-2004 and was a member of the Trulia Advisory Board from 2008-2011. She was also a member of the advisory board for FLIC (Female Leaders Institute Council) from 2011-2012. A member of the Council of Multiple Listing Services, Kathy served as a Director for this organization 2006 to 2017 and was the 2016 CMLS President. She is a 2016 CMLX3 graduate. She serves on the REALTOR®.com Executive Advisory Board, the Advisory Board for Realtors’ Property Resource (RPR) and an Advisory Board for Supra Products. She has been awarded the Women of FIRE (Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate) Award by Banker & Tradesman, the Boston Globe’s 30 Most Innovative People in Massachusetts Award, the Girl Scouts of America Women of Distinction Award, and most recently named for the fifth consecutive year to the Swanepoel “200 Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate.” She was also a member of the 2017 California Regional MLS (CRMLS) Board of Directors.

Leo has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting and finances field. Prior to joining MLS PIN as Controller, in 2000, he was Controller at Sentinel & Enterprise. In 2007, Leo was promoted to MLS PIN’s CFO.

Leo oversees all of the corporation’s finances, including cash management, financial statements, budget, and day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Under his financial guidance, the corporation continues to have record collections, successful audits, and annual shareholder dividends.

Leo holds an MBA from Assumption College and is a graduate of Bryant University. He is a volunteer member of the YMCA Borough’s Branch Finance Committee and currently serves on the Council of Members for the YMCA Greater Worcester. Leo is also a member of the Conference of MLS Accountants and a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Holly Haines

As the Director of Operations & HR, Holly is responsible for our Software Quality Assurance department which includes our Product Manager, Business Analysts, and QA analysts. This team is responsible for Pinergy business & functional requirements, system documentation, and QA testing of all software changes prior to release to the MLS system.

On the internal operations side, Holly is responsible for project management of our Dynamics CRM and GP systems as well as overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, staff training & development, benefits & compensation, compliance, and employee relations.

She serves on the MLS PIN Technology Taskforce, has earned the Council of Multiple Listing Service’s CMLX Level One and Level Two designations and serves as a chairperson of the CMLS HR Section Council where she is also a CMLX course instructor. Holly holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Becker College and an MBA in Management from Assumption College.

Melissa Lindberg

Melissa joined the MLS industry in 1994 with Bay State MLS and quickly advanced to Customer Support Manager. She was instrumental in the 1998 merger of Bay State MLS and MLS-1, and in 1999 was promoted to MLS PIN’s Director of Marketing and Public Relations. In 2011, she also became responsible for sales, training, and outreach, with a goal of increasing the company’s customer base and reaching out to every subscribed office.

Today, Melissa leads a team responsible for corporate image and promotion of the company through strong branding, award-winning advertising, events, video, and communications. Her mission as the director of customer outreach, training, and sales is to educate and create awareness. Her team seeks to establish a constant presence with MLS PIN customers, collecting valuable feedback to help plan future system enhancements and services, and in 2016, she introduced Focus Groups to MLS PIN’s outreach goals. She directs product and service announcements and technical updates, and works closely with third-party organizations to ensure implementation and success of value-added products and services. Representing MLS PIN to the media, Melissa monitors current events in the industry and provides statistical data at the local and national level. She is involved with the MLS PIN Public Website Task Force, the MLS PIN Technology Task Force, and oversees the MLS PIN Charitable Giving Program.

Melissa was inducted into the Council of Multiple Listing Service's CMLX1 Inaugural class and completed the CMLX3 program in 2017. She served on the CMLS Conference Committee from 2012-2014 and the CMLX Marketing Committee from 2014-2015. She served as Co-Chair of the 2016 CMLS Marketing & Communication Section Council, and currently serves as the 2017 Co-Chair. Melissa is a member of the COVE Communicators Group. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree and participates in the SHRHS Music Parents Association.

Lori Parks

Lori was originally hired in 1994 as the Secretary of Bay State MLS. She was instrumental in developing the membership structure for MLS PIN and, in 2001, following the merger of Bay State MLS and MLS-1, Lori was promoted to Director of Membership.

Lori’s responsibilities include managing operations of the membership department and overseeing the Supra Electronic Keypad and Lockbox product. She ensures that all customer requests are processed accurately and efficiently providing superior support to customers joining the service or with lockbox, billing or membership requirements. In addition, Lori works closely with local associations to better understand our customer’s needs. She is known for her exceptional problem-solving skills, thereby, adding an extremely valuable service to our customers.

Lori was inducted into the Council of Multiple Listing Service’s CMLX Level One – Professional Inaugural class. She holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Becker College where she graduated summa cum laude.

Ritul Patel

Director of Information Technology

Ritul joined MLS PIN in 2007 as Network Administrator, and in early 2008, he was promoted to Data Center Manager. It was during this time that Ritul played a major role in the rebuild and enhancement of our MLS system. In 2013, he was promoted to Director of Information Technology and currently oversees three data center infrastructures that service MLS PIN public facing and internal corporate applications.

In addition to managing the operation of three data center facilities, Ritul is responsible for infrastructure design, the architect and security of our high traffic MLS application, multi-site storage SAN solutions, networking and firewalls, virtualization, managing and implementations of database solutions for the Pinergy application, enterprise and Pinergy email solutions. He also administers licensing, vendor and contract negotiations, long and short-term back-up as well as disaster recovery planning. Ritul’s goal is to always improve the quality and effectiveness of MLS PIN’s technology, to ensure strong and resilient infrastructure to support MLS PIN applications, and to implement solutions for business continuity. His team is also responsible for all internal desktop support to ensure that staff is always equipped and able to effectively support customers. He is involved with the MLS PIN Technology Task Force.

Previously, Ritul worked as IT Administrator for Hypertronics Corporation, a manufacturing company that designs connectors and cabling for medical, military and aerospace. He holds his Bachelor of Science degree from S P University in India and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
