REALTOR® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts (RASEM) Expo

The MLS PIN team of Niki Coburn and Jim Burnard are excited and ready to meet all the RASEM members at the annual RASEM Education Expo. As always, Niki and Jim are demonstrating Pinergy, and will be happy to answer any questions or to collect suggestions in-person, particularly regarding the newly-redesigned Public Records. Public Records now looks and works great on all devices, and includes new features like radius searches and easy access to Sales, Mortgage, and Property History, mortgage discharges, and more. We are also excited to introduce two upcoming 3rd-party tools: DepositLink (free for MLS PIN customers) for collecting commission payments, earnest money, and other payments securely, and Boost for automatically creating social media and news website ads to fit your budget.
