Article II - Selling Procedures Section 2.2 Submission Of Written Offers
A Listing Broker shall submit or cause to be submitted to the Seller all written offers received by the Listing Broker or by any of its salespersons at any time before the closing for the purchase and sale of the Listed Property, unless excused or precluded from doing so by law or by government rule or regulation, or unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Seller and the Listing Broker. Unless a subsequent offer is contingent upon the termination or expiration of an existing contract for the purchase and sale of the Listed Property, the Listing Broker shall recommend to the Seller that the Seller obtain the advice of legal counsel prior to acceptance of the subsequent offer.
