Section 1.13 Listings Of Suspended Participants
If a Participant is suspended from the Service, the Service may cease to provide services, including the continued inclusion of the suspended Participant’s Listings in any Service Compilation. Prior to any removal of a suspended Participant’s Listings from the Service Compilation, the Service will advise the suspended Participant in writing of the intended removal.
