Article I - Listing Procedures
Section 1.6 Withdrawal Of Listing Prior To Expiration
A Listing may be withdrawn from the Service by the Listing Broker before the expiration date of the Listing Agreement related to the Listed Property if and when the withdrawal has been authorized in a writing signed by the Seller. The withdrawal shall be Filed with the Service by the Deadline for Filing. Withdrawal of a Listing from the Service does not terminate the related Listing Agreement. A withdrawn Listing remains subject to the terms and conditions of the related Listing Agreement, and, as such, the Listing will expire at midnight on the expiration date set forth in that Listing Agreement.
A Seller may not require the Service to withdraw a Listing without the Listing Broker’s concurrence.
