Article I - Listing Procedures
Section 1.5 Cancellation Of Listing Prior To Expiration
A Listing may be cancelled by the Listing Broker before the expiration date of the Listing Agreement related to the Listed Property if and when the cancellation of the Listing Agreement has been authorized in a writing signed by the Seller. The cancellation shall be Filed with the Service by the Deadline for Filing.
A Seller may not require the Service to cancel a Listing without the Listing Broker’s concurrence.
