Print out this order form, fill it out in full, and fax it to MLS PIN at (508) 845-7823.
Once your payment
information has been
processed by the
accounting department,
you will receive a call
from your locally
assigned photographer to
schedule the tour.
PinWheel Tours can not be ordered over the phone.

What is the cost for a PinWheel 360º Virtual Tour?

The base price for a PinWheel Tour is $69.95, which includes five 360º photos. You may opt for additional 360º photos at only $5.00 each. (Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled photography date. Cancellations not made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled photography date will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee, due prior to rescheduling.)

Are PinWheel
360º Virtual Tours available for posting to REALTOR.com ?

Yes! There is an option for PinWheel Virtual Tours to be uploaded to REALTOR.com® for $19.95. Simply check off the box on the order form that says "Post Tour to REALTOR.com®".
If you have an existing PinWheel Tour that you would like to have posted to REALTOR.com ®, you can fill out the PinWheel 360 Post to REALTOR.com ® Order Form.

How long will the PinWheel 360º Virtual Tours remain active?

Once uploaded to MLS PIN's tour hosting server, PinWheel tours will remain active under the same MLS Number and available for the entire life of the listing.
Existing PinWheel Virtual Tours can be transferred to other/new listings or list numbers for $25.00 by using the PinWheel 360 Transfer Tour Order Form.
Existing tours can ONLY
be transferred to a new
listing under contract
with the same listing
broker as the original
tour. |

How long will it take for the PinWheel 360º Virtual Tour to be scheduled and photographed?

Once the payment information has been processed by the accounting department, the tour should be scheduled, photographed and posted on to the MLS within 5-7 business days.
|

The photographer was professional, and nice. She was very helpful when I asked for her opinions.
This was my first time ordering the tours, and I had her do 3 houses, back to back.
She took less time than I had expected, and that was very much appreciated.
She certainly knew her stuff!

How should I prepare for my photographer?
|
|

|
Try to stage the areas of the home to be photographed ahead of time by removing any items you do not wish to have in the scene.
Some items you should consider moving are things that make the area appear cluttered such as trash cans, papers, magazines or an overabundance of knick knacks.
Also consider removing anything of significant value you wouldn't want people to see in the tour.
Please be on time or let your photographer know if you are running late.
If you are not able to make it to the appointment, you will need to arrange for another representative from your office to be at the property in your place.
The photographers are unable to do the tour without an office representative present at the property.

How long does the actual photography for the PinWheel 360º Virtual Tours take?
|

Each tour should take approximately one hour or less to be photographed.
If more than five photos are purchased, the photography may take longer, and will be scheduled accordingly.
The agent/broker needs to be present at the property during the entire photography session.

Once the PinWheel 360º Virtual Tour has been photographed, how long will it take for it to be online?

|
The tour should be posted online to the MLS products within 24 hours of being photographed.
