Mobile Listing Advantage™ Provides MLS PIN Customers With Wireless Access to Current Property Listings
Shrewsbury, MA, July 13, 2004 - MLS Property Information Network, Inc., (MLS PIN), the largest multiple listing service in Massachusetts, and the one of the top ten in the nation announced that it has teamed with Retrieval Dynamics Corporation (RDC) to offer it's customers the Mobile Listing Advantage™ Program that provides agents and brokers with on-the-spot wireless access to the statewide multiple listing service.

MLS PIN, the largest privately owned MLS in the United States serves more than 23,500 real estate professionals in Massachusetts, as well as New England. These real estate professionals can now access more than 28,000 active property listings through the Mobile Listing Advantage wireless solution.

Mobile Listing Advantage makes it easy for real estate professionals to go wireless by bundling RDC's wireless MLS software with a BlackBerry Wireless Handheld™ from Research In Motion (NASDAQ: RIMM; TSE: RIM) and network airtime plans from most wireless carriers such as AT&T Wireless, Cingular, Nextel, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.

With Mobile Listing advantage, real estate professionals can access the most current MLS listings through an electronic form containing standard MLS search fields (street address, area/development, price, number of bedrooms and baths, garage, pool, school district, square footage, etc.). Using the built-in Blackberry keypad, agents enter their search criteria, send the form, and then receive all available property listings that match within seconds. The agent can view listings in summary or detailed form and searches can be as simple or detailed as desired. In addition, all searches are saved under the agents' MLA account and can be accessed later via their account at the Mobile Listing Advantage website.
