Agents No Longer Able to “Flag” an Active Listing
Effective March 1st, all listings to be
changed to “Active with a Flag” must be
done so through the MLS PIN Customer
Service Department. This is being done
for two reasons:
1. To prevent listings being changed
mistakenly to Active with a Flag.
2. To ensure that the Active Status
Request Form has been filed with MLS
PIN.
To flag a listing, please fax to MLS PIN
your signed
Active Status Request Form
and we will flag your listing for you.
*NOTE* - Listings changed to “Active with a Flag” are still subject to expire on the listing expiration date.
