1.  Attachment A. – The timeframe to pay compensation offered through MLS when that compensation is not in dispute has been reduced to 5 days after a warning by PIN.

2.  Attachment C. – The list of acceptable data fields for display on Public Access Websites (IDX) has been expanded to include open house data; specifically, the Date, Start Time, and End Time fields.

3.  Section 1.0(f), Filing of Images – Language added that prohibits the including of information in an Image that promotes the listing office, the franchisor or other enterprise affiliated with the listing broker, or any product, service, or program—including open house or similar property showing information—originated by or primarily for the benefit of the listing broker.
