New Program for Appraisers and Trainees Automatically Calculates and Completes Form
MLS PIN is pleased to introduce Essential Appraisal Solution (EAS) in beta version. EAS is a brand new appraisal application designed to help MLS PIN customers comply with the new Fannie Mae Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal Report (Form 1004MC). This form is required with all mortgage loan appraisals of one to four unit properties effective April 1, 2009.
