A REALTOR®-owned Multiple Listing Service, MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN)
was incorporated in 1997. The corporation has grown its subscriber base from 11,000 to approximately 34,945 licensed real estate professionals.
MLS PIN's corporate headquarters is located in Shrewsbury, MA, a site
chosen for its central location for our customers, with a satellite office
located on Cape Cod. Training is offered at various facilities throughout
the state and is done at customer offices for added convenience.
MLS PIN is the largest Multiple Listing Service in New England and one of
the largest in the nation. We offer a database of more than 24,450 properties
for sale and more than 3 million off-market listings as well as full public records
for all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and much of New Hampshire.
MLS PIN’s in-house-developed Pinergy application, designed with our
customers’ needs in mind, offers some of the best technology available
for listing, searching, and connecting with buyers, sellers, and real
estate professionals. Other significant services include real-time property
matches sent daily to more than 250,000 consumers and complimentary syndication to third-party local and national publications and websites, including automatic
listing updates to the national website REALTOR.com®. MLS PIN offers
Pinergy Mobile, a mobile web app available to all of its customers free of
charge, and EAS, an application available exclusively to MLS PIN customers
who are licensed appraisers. Other value-added services include Down Payment Resource
(for finding financial resources for buyers) as well as HomeSnap Pro, RealSatisfied, RatePlug, DotLoop™, FindSM Application,
and InstanetFax. A public-facing website, MLS
PIN Homes, was launched in 2014, offering an accurate and timely source
for local listings, shape-based map searching, agent and office rosters,
and more – as well as complimentary leads for MLS PIN customers.
Our customer support line is available seven days a week, including evenings,
and our free training classes are held at convenient locations throughout
Kathleen E. Condon, President and CEO, has served
in this position since the corporation’s inception. MLS PIN currently has more than 55 employees.
